Founder and managing director
Trent Franklin established Enrizen in 2003 with the goal of providing clients with the quality of cover and expertise they’d come to expect from a large international insurance brokerage but matched with the trusted service of a close business partner.
Trent has a solid insurance background, having worked with some of the industry’s leading organisations prior to establishing Enrizen. With an inside understanding of the major insurers, Trent has built a brokerage based on speed, efficiency and personalised service that delivers the best solutions to its clients.
As well as driving the growth of Enrizen, Trent is a key member of Australia’s national water polo team. He has represented his country on numerous occasions, including playing central roles in the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Management and operations staff
Enrizen’s management team draws on decades of insurance and business experience, with a number of senior staff having worked at some of the world’s largest insurers at executive level. Coupled with strong technical efficiencies by way of experienced operations staff, Enrizen ensures it maintains strict accordance to relevant legislation relating to insurance broking as it continues its growth.
Administrative staff
Key to the effective functioning of any insurance brokerage is its administrative and support personnel – an area where Enrizen is particularly strong.
