Managing Director - Trent Franklin
Trent has an extensive insurance and financial services background, having worked with some of the industry’s leading organisations prior to establishing Enrizen.
As well as driving the growth of Enrizen, Trent is the Vice Captain of Australia’s National Water Polo team. He has represented his country on numerous occasions, including playing central roles in the 2004 Athens and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Trent serves on the following boards:
- Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) - Director
- Australian Water Polo Inc. - Director
- Australian Olympic Committee Athletes’ Commission - Deputy Chairman

Director - Mark Finn
Mark brings to Enrizen a wealth of insurance broking experience having worked in the industry for over 20 years.
Mark has worked in a variety of senior positions in both international broking houses as well as Australian insurance brokers. In these positions he has been responsible for servicing some of Australia’s largest companies. His main responsibilities with Enrizen are in the areas of insurance placement markets and company compliance.

- Bachelor of Business
- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking)
- Fellow of the ANZIIF.
Director - Gary Franklin
An accountant and business consultant by training, Gary and his staff are responsible for the day to day finances of Enrizen.
Over Gary’s career, he has provided counsel to some of Australia’s leading listed companies. Prior to joining Enrizen, Gary ran his own accounting practice, specializing in providing practical support across the fields of tax advice, financing, and business planning. Prior to this, he held CFO positions with several multinational corporations.
As a CPA (Fellow) with extensive finance and business experience, Gary continues to provide invaluable advice regarding Enrizen’s strategic direction and future growth opportunities.

General Manager, Financial Planning - Frank Da Luz
Frank has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked at a 'Big Four' bank and run a private, boutique financial planning firm. Frank is able to draw on his broad industry experience to design and tailor financial strategies to protect personal assets & income, assist with wealth accumulation and provide appropriate advice on financial decisions.
Frank has outstanding technical skills in financial planning. This comes from his significant knowledge of financial products, coupled with his dedication to providing effective solutions to clients' needs.
Frank holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning.
General Manager, Insurance Broking - Adrian Johns
Adrian has considerable experience in the insurance industry. He has previously worked with two of the industry's largest brokers, where he gained valuable experience in both the technical and sales aspects of insurance broking. Furthermore, through his previous roles he has worked as part of the teams that service some of Australia's largest businesses.
Adrian has an outstanding knowledge of insurance markets, and can draw on his vast industry experience to provide comprehensive and cost-effective insurance solutions.
He holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).
General Manager, Mortgage & Finance Broking - Denielle Franklin
Denielle has nine years experience in the financial services industry. She has an outstanding working knowledge of the various mortgage and financial products available to meet a large array of financing requirements. Denielle is passionate about continually providing high levels of service and arranging tailored financing solutions.
Denielle has very strong technical broking skills, which comes from her considerable industry experience. Furthermore, she is very approachable and always available to assist clients with any financing needs that may arise.
