Managing Director - Trent Franklin
Trent has an extensive insurance and financial services background, having worked with some of the industry’s leading organisations prior to establishing Enrizen.
As well as driving the growth of Enrizen, Trent is the Vice Captain of Australia’s National Water Polo team. He has represented his country on numerous occasions, including playing central roles in the 2004 Athens and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
Trent serves on the following boards:
- Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) - Director
- Australian Water Polo Inc. - Director
- Australian Olympic Committee Athletes’ Commission - Deputy Chairman

Director - Mark Finn
Mark brings to Enrizen a wealth of insurance broking experience having worked in the industry for over 20 years.
Mark has worked in a variety of senior positions in both international broking houses as well as Australian insurance brokers. In these positions he has been responsible for servicing some of Australia’s largest companies. His main responsibilities with Enrizen are in the areas of insurance placement markets and company compliance.

- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking)
- Fellow of the ANZIIF.
Director - Gary Franklin
An accountant and business consultant by training, Gary and his staff are responsible for the day to day finances of Enrizen.
Over Gary’s career, he has provided counsel to some of Australia’s leading listed companies. Prior to joining Enrizen, Gary ran his own accounting practice, specializing in providing practical support across the fields of tax advice, financing, and business planning. Prior to this, he held CFO positions with several multinational corporations.
As a CPA (Fellow) with extensive finance and business experience, Gary continues to provide invaluable advice regarding Enrizen’s strategic direction and future growth opportunities.

Financial Planning Manager - Damir Tomljanovic
Damir joins the Enrizen Financial team after gaining significant experience with one of Australia’s largest financial planning businesses, MLC Australia. Damir saw a tremendous opportunity at Enrizen to provide a unique set of financial solutions to our clients, and further enhance the strength of Enrizen’s service offering.
As an outstanding basketball player, he was also a member of the West Sydney Razorbacks for the 04/05 and 05/06 seasons.
Damir’s particular expertise lies in the area of corporate super, and tailored business protection insurance.

Finance Broking Manager - Daniel Farrell
Daniel heads up Enrizen Money after a successful career in the industry with Capital Finance (the commercial financing arm of HBOS Australia). With a solid understanding of a huge variety of products available, Daniel is able to correctly identify your needs and how to best implement the appropriate financing solution.
Daniel has been a very successful Rugby Union player, having represented NSW Schools, the NSW ‘Trim Tahs’ team, and Sydney University Football Club in First Grade.
